Ponovo PCT200 Series CT/PT Test System
PCT200 series CT/PT test set (CT Analyzer) is a current transformer test equipment
specially designed for current transformer characteristic test and plus PT reference
testing functions. There are two models, PCT200i and PCT200Ai. PCT200Ai has higher
accuracy than PCT200i. Within built‐in testing software based on Windows system in
its local screen, PCT200 series are the test tool to finalize all the current transformer testing
without laptop control. And the reports can be managed and analyzed on PC and converted to multi‐results reports in excel format.

PCT200 series can test various CT, including transmission line CT, delta connection transformer, star connection
transformer, CT with tapping, bushing type CT which requires large power output capacity, GIS type CT whose
primary side length is long and requires large power output capacity, etc.

PCT200 Series Multi-Ratio CT Auto Test Box
The PCT box is specially designed as an accessory of PCT200i and PCT200Ai for automatic testing of the multi-ratio CT with multiple taps.
PCT Auto-Test BOX is intended for the following applications:
(1) Multi-ratio CT testing
The PCT auto-test box enables automatic testing of multi-ratio CTs with up to 7 tap connections. With this accessory, the PCT200i or PCT200Ai can measure every tap combination of multi-ratio CTs without any need for wiring changes during the test.
The CTs with multi-coils with different ratios can be tested the same.
(2) Burden and primary winding resistance measurement
Using the PCT auto-test box it is also possible to include burden and primary winding resistance measurement to the automatic CT test procedure without rewiring.
(3) Single-ratio CT testing
Due to the possibility to include burden and primary winding resistance measurement, the PCT auto-test box is not only useful for testing multi-ratio CTs but also for testing different single-ratio CTs one by one, which users can wiring the CTs to the Auto-test box before testing, and during the testings, no wiring change shall be required.
